Before & After Care
Project Prepare
Who we are
Project Prepare is Foster Dual Language PK-8’s before and after school enrichment program. We believe in developing the full potential of our students by creating a safe and supportive environment, providing high quality and engaging enrichment activities, and promoting the health and well-being of each child.
We are trained educators and licensed para-professionals who strive to enrich the lives of your children; we are more than childcare.
What we offer
Extended Day Programs: Offered every day before school and after school in the cafeteria; activities include outdoor play, arts & crafts, games, silent reading time and snack.
Full Day Programs: On most Teacher Professional Development days and Modified Contact days, we provide full day enrichment with fun activities.
Clubs: We offer themed activity groups throughout the year. These have a separate fee, meet once or twice a week, and typically last 4-8 weeks. Past clubs have included Mariachi Club, Pep Club, Little Coders, Robotics, Garden and more.
Pick Up/Drop Off Procedures
Late Fees: Each 15-minute increment you are late for pick-up you will be charged $10. Our staff’s time is closely monitored, and any overtime can create complications with other schedules. The primary contact will be called directly after 6 p.m. then charged.

Friday, April 25th, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Foster Dual Language PK-8

Besides a fun, wonderful community-building event, the Tamale Throw-Down is a Project Prepare benefit that helps pay for next year's programs and clubs.
